Charming chalet in a sunny location at an altitude of 1250 meters above sea level, near the town of Unterbäch, with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains.

The resort Unterbäch has fine infrastructure (shops, restaurants, etc.), 20 ski lifts, 7 km from the city there is a bobsleigh track.

House was build in 1980 and in 2011 there was a complete renovation of it. The house has 2 floors:
